315. Food grinding prohibition. "Grinding" is defined as performing useless tasks with the intention of generating hunger to eat excessive amounts of desirable food. Such tasks include but are not limited to: plowing, digging, punching walls, and running in circles. Jobs such as collecting wood or foraging at sprint speeds are not examples of grinding.

316. The Central Planning Committee and Union Heads may request controls put on certain food stuffs for specific purposes or goals. Once a control is placed only the specified person(s) outlined in said request may possess or consume said foods.

To place such a request a Chairman or Union Head must present a written request in the Houses of Parliament and receive a majority vote to pass. Such requests must contain either a specific goal (the party must increase one stat to a certain level) or time frame.

Approved, damn bagousers.

The Clothier's Union sees the wisdom of these potential laws and votes yes for both.
